There are a number of different opportunities to participate in the activities of the Buddhist Coalition for Bodhisattva Activity.

Volunteer Support

The Coalition provides support for volunteers in its projects by holding informal group meetings, facilitated by Coalition staff, which have several objectives:

• to provide an informal opportunity for members of diverse Buddhist traditions to get to know one another and explore additional possibilities for cooperation;
• to explore how these different volunteer activities relate to the Bodhisattva path and individual practice;
• to provide an intimate and private environment in which difficult personal and ethical issues that arise in the process of serving others can be discussed.

Advisory Board members and/or visitors with appropriate expertise may be invited to attend.
