There is an exciting new initiative developing in Lyons that is an important resource for our families, and will eventually affect us all.
Aging Well in Lyons: Community, Connections & Resources is the name of a new program that will expand social services for the aging community of Lyons by addressing concerns, such as social and civic engagement, the basic needs of health and food, affordable housing and transportation. The kick-off event for this new initiative will be Saturday May 14th from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Lyons Elementary School Gymnasium, 338 High St., Lyons, CO 80540. This event is for all ages, as none of us are getting any younger!
